At Nutrition By Rebekah, we are committed to providing high-quality nutrition coaching services and helping you achieve your personal or professional goals. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to be transparent about how refunds are handled.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital coaching services and the time and effort involved in preparation and delivery, we do not offer full refunds once services have been rendered or accessed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before the first session: If you cancel at least [48 hours] before your first scheduled session, you may receive a 100% refund, minus any processing fees.

  • Technical issues or inability to deliver: If we are unable to deliver the service due to technical or internal issues on our end, a full refund will be issued.

  • Dissatisfaction (case-by-case basis): If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase or after the first session. All refund requests must include a valid reason and are subject to review.

🔹 Note: Refunds will not be granted for missed sessions, failure to complete assignments, or lack of results (as coaching depends on client effort and participation).

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products or course materials once accessed or downloaded

  • Completed 1-on-1 coaching sessions

  • Group coaching programs after the first session

  • Personalized coaching plans or assessments

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24-hour notice. Missed or late cancellations will be charged in full.

  • If the coach cancels or reschedules, the session will be rebooked at no additional cost.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [your email address] with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name]. Include:

  • Full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the refund

  • Proof of payment (if applicable)

We will respond within 5 business days.
